Work History
1969 - 1974
New York City and Buffalo, NY
Top Restaurants
I gained experience in the hospitality industry during this time. I had the fortune to secure jobs in several truly important and fine establishments, namely the Cloister in Buffalo, NY and The Coach House on Waverly Place in New York City. I was an excellent waiter and floor captain. I also worked lunch in the corporate dining room of the Gulf + Western Corporation, Columbus Circle for over a year.

Because of my pursuit of skill in the 'front of the house,' I gained valuable experience and perspective in that world which served me later in restaurant startups and consulting.
